Pitchfork 20: #6 Modest Mouse - The Moon and Antartica
Float On ruined Modest Mouse for me, and I have to admit that after all these years since I wrote them, listening to this album again wasn’t as distasteful. Still, is emphasizing to me that Pitchfork seems to prefer tuneless songs sung by whiney white guys.
Not one song would make the cut for one of my mix CDs.
